We're baaack!!! The Bushi creative team had a great time at Wizard World Chicago and being the little guys next to the big guys, we held our own pretty well. There was definetly a lot to see and you literaly would need three days to see it all. We'll have pics from the con posted on the forum very soon. We made a lot of new contacts and new friends as well. During the course of the con,Bushi penciller and inker Darryl Anderson whipped out a few sketches of Bushi characters Mai and Kaori for Wizard con fans. I, myself spent time talking with people about the book and other comic related topics. One unexpected scenario that popped up was portfolio reviews, which we were very flattered to do. And from the stuff we reviewed you just might see some new faces associated with Core Studios in the near future. As for the Bushi Chicago Special,Bushi wave one and two poster series, all did well at the con. Although the Scarlet Dawn and Karoi posters (all three versions) were the crowd faves. As a result of the con, the fan base for Bushi is starting to grow, and it's a beautiful thing. On another note, one of the highlights of the con was the chance to meet Sam"Flash Gordon"Jones, a very cool guy and very personable. Now on a personal note, I'd like to thank everyone who was at Wizard World Chicago for taking the time to visit with us and picking up a copy of the Bushi Chicago special. Your show of support and interest is what makes this all worth it. So on behalf of everyone at Core Studios, thank you!!!
